About
City of Rockford Firefighter’s Local 413 has 282 members with 11 fire houses, including 6 Engine Companies, 3 Engine/Extrication Companies, 4 Ladder Companies, 7 Ambulances, Inspectors/Arson Investigators, 911 Tele-communicators, Mobile Integrated Health Managers, and Maintenance personnel.

Local 413 members provide emergency medical services, fire suppression, fire prevention, hazardous materials mitigation, dive rescue, technical rescue and other specialty services to the citizens of Rockford, Illinois, and all who visit our great city every day. Our members are also very active in the community, volunteering at local schools and raising money for a number of various local charities.
